The footsteps of Yul-Do, starting from Yul-Do Metal in 1989, building production bases in Korea and China, and continuing with the control tower Yul-Do Co., Ltd.

    Yul-Do Metal

    The production base of the fundamental brass industry.
    With a non-stop system line from raw-material purchase to finished-goods shipment, it secured stable quality and price competitiveness through direct production without outsourcing.
    It owns about 50 brass processing equipment including 6 hot-forging presses, 3 hydraulic presses, 6 multi-spindle machines, and 5 turntable machines.

    Yantai Yuldo Metal Products Co., Ltd.

    A Chinese production base with a mass-production system and a conveyor line for each product.
    It distinguishes quality from local companies through total inspection of all products, and owns many test equipment for durability, brine atomizing, water leakage, and destruction tests at a management level unmatched by local companies.

    Yul-Do Co., Ltd.

    The control tower for both the Korean and Chinese production bases.
    As a precision-processing, precision-diagnosis, and response base, it unifies the customer channel for management convenience, and guarantees 100% customer satisfaction for delivery dates through periodic inventory management and data-based demand forecasting.
    It realizes customer delight with a small-quantity batch production system for many product types, and achieves lot defect Zero through a self-inspection system with core test equipment.
